Zorgbewust policy

With this package, you have a low premium but also the lowest reimbursement for care from non-contracted care providers (up to a maximum of 70% of the healthcare bill). You will be reimbursed the same content as with all other basic health insurance packages because what is reimbursed is determined by law.

Zorg-op-maat policy

With the Zorg-op-maat policy you can choose from various contracted care providers. When you purchase care from them, you will receive 100% reimbursement. With all other care providers you will receive a reimbursement of 75%.

Zorgkeuze policy

This package is the most complete and has the highest premium. With the Zorgkeuzepolis you can go to all care providers. Healthcare providers will reimburse you 100% of the healthcare costs. In addition, this is a refund policy, so you sometimes have to advance the bill yourself for non-contracted care providers.

Additional packages CZ

In addition to the basic health insurance packages, you can choose from various supplementary insurance policies at CZ. At CZ, you can choose from no less than seven different additional packages.

A tailor-made supplementary insurance

CZ offers four different supplementary packages that reimburse treatments such as physiotherapy and alternative medicine. It concerns the packages CZ Start (ideal if you travel abroad a lot), Basic, Plus and Top. The more premium you pay for the package, the more is reimbursed and the more extensive the coverage.

Per living situation

Finally, CZ has supplementary insurance for different living situations. For example, they have a special supplementary package for young people, families and the elderly. With these packages, you can insure care that fits your lifestyle.

Dental insurance

By opting for dental insurance, you are insured for preventive checkups and you receive reimbursement for most treatments. CZ offers a choice of two different dental insurance policies. The dental insurance policies with CZ are called Tandarts and Extensive Tandarts. Depending on the insurance you choose, you will receive a certain compensation. When you take out the Comprehensive Dental Insurance, you must undergo a medical selection. In this way, CZ knows what the condition of your teeth is and based on this, they determine whether you will be admitted to the insurance.

Students and CZ

CZ’s health insurance does not have separate student packages, but it does for young people. This way you can benefit from a competitive premium and choose a health insurance policy that suits your living situation. As a result, you do not pay for the care you do not use at a young age.

Additional services CZ

If you are insured with CZ, you can submit declarations yourself from the age of 16 online. It is also possible to download the app, which gives you easy access to all information related to care.

Discounts at CZ

When you take out health insurance with CZ, you are entitled to all kinds of discounts. For example, you will receive a 15% discount on most vaccinations. This is useful if you like to travel and you need regular vaccinations. In addition, as an insured person with CZ, you will receive a discount on various wellness centres and saunas.
